Shipping prices are based on weight plus the price of packaging materials. The weight is calculated directly from the Australia Post web server. A shipping quote can easily be calculated before checkout by simply clicking on the “estimate shipping” icon at the bottom of the page in the shopping cart. You may have to enter an area code or country in the specified field to return a correct result.

Return and Refunds Policy

For your complete peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 28 day exchange or refund promise. Please note all returns must be unused and in the condition they were received. We recommend the items being returned be sent by insured and trackable delivery for your own protection. Please note all return postage charges are to be met by customer unless returning due to a fault. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
